2. Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Contact details you provide through our contact form (name, email address, message content).
• Order and customer service data processed in connection with e-commerce operations we manage.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage data collected through our websites.

We process personal data only for legitimate business purposes, including:

All websites we operate use HTTPS/SSL encryption. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel, and we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process.

8. Google User Data (Google Ads API)

We Run Ads uses an internal tool that connects to the Google Ads API. With the authorization of our own staff, the tool accesses data from Google Ads accounts owned by We Run Ads Sp. z o.o.: account and campaign settings, ads and assets, and performance reports.

We use this data solely to create, manage and report on our own advertising campaigns. It is stored only on company systems with access limited to authorized personnel. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising profiles, and not used for any other purpose. You can revoke the tool's access at any time in your Google Account security settings (Third-party apps with account access).

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
